Angora is the long, silky hair from the Angora rabbit. The fiber is either sheared or plucked from the animal. Angora is very soft and lofty when spun and knit or woven.(1) As with all other fibers to get the best processing results Angora needs to first be thoroughly washed and cleaned of vegetation. |
